Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as required.
Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing duties.
Educate and support clients and their families on managing health conditions.
Work closely with doctors, therapists, and homecare support workers to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
Experience in community nursing or homecare is preferred.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
